We provide 3 website links - www.rentfind.com.au, www.domain.com.au and www.reconstructrealestate.com.au. Advertising can be arranged through local papers and the SMH if you should choose.
Open for inspections can be arranged once the enquiry call has been correctly qualified.

Application checks Our office follows a stringent process of 100 point check and background checks on all tenants.

Condition reports This report forms part of the residential tenancy agreement. It forms details of the condition of the property at the commencement of the tenancy. This report can also include external photos as written documentation does not always display enough room to outline all property features. 
This is common with houses including gardens / pools etc.

Additional terms As a reassurance to our clients we include an additional term as part of the lease to outline the tenants responsibilities and highlight common problems to ensure there is no confusion renting through our agency.

Bonds Tenants are required to pay a bond prior to the commencement of their 
tenancy agreement. 
The bond is lodged with the Rent Bond Board.
Bond comprises of 4 weeks.
The amount of bond that is paid (if any) must be written on the agreement.
